My name’s Ricky, I’m the Customer Success Manager at TuitionWorks. I’ve covered some of the most common questions people have about our customer success team so you can get to know us a little better: 

What Is a Customer Success Team? 

A good customer success team is there to do exactly as the title suggests: ensure their customers are successful in finding what they’re looking for. At TuitionWorks, that doesn’t just mean booking lessons, facilitating payments, and ensuring you’re matched to the very best tutor. It means being an open resource, available to help you unlock the full potential of TuitionWorks’ lessons. 

When Will I Hear from Them? 

The first time you’ll hear from us is when you make your initial enquiry. We’ll contact you to determine how TuitionWorks can help with your specific learning requirements and outline the next steps on the way to achieving your goals with one of England’s top tutors.  

We’ll also provide access to TuitionWorks’ learning platforms and resources, ensuring you have everything you need to make the most of your free consultation. 

Why Should I Trust You to Find the Right Tutor? 

We’re not just a marketplace for tutors to advertise available lesson hours to fill their spare time. We only work with the very best educators, speaking directly with them on a regular basis to ensure they’re giving their all to each and every TuitionWorks student. Can the Customer Success Team Help with Ongoing Lessons? 

The support doesn’t stop when lessons start. Our customer success team are your point of contact for anything you need, be that assistance with a technical issue or a query with an existing booking. We’ve also created useful handbooks to assist with our tools and features, each of which is available in the TuitionWorks Dashboard. 

Can I Contact Them Without Fear of Judgement? 

We’re here to provide a premium learning experience. You can help us do that by providing any feedback you have, whether it’s negative or positive. Nothing will be held against you, so please feel free to be honest and open with us.
